Quality Management

Overall Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control will be controlled and supported by the establishment, maintenance and documentation of a formalised quality management system which will comply with the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2000.

 

Calgroup Engineering will issue a site specific Quality Assurance and Control plan to the CMT for approval and sign-off. The quality plan will incorporate the following sections;

A key element of his work will be the on-going inspection of installed quality; snag list preparation and subsequent completion in addition to labelling and testing.

 

The remit of our quality function also extends to the collation of information and its presentation within O&M manuals. This activity precedes that of client handover, demonstration and training prior to project sign-off.
